‘Two years ago we realised that the Centre needed a more flexible, reliable and future-proofed solution compared to the hardware-based technology we were using. We therefore did an extensive research to find an appropriate software-based language lab solution that would take access and deployment of resources to a much wider level and meet our practical needs more fully.
